Rajesh is the founder and owner of Arora Professional Corporation, Chartered Professional Accountant. He is a chartered accountant from India and became CPA, USA in 2003. Rajesh became CGA in year 2004 with a main focus on advance tax. Rajesh has worked with a prominent CA firm in Toronto for 5 years dealing with complex tax issues, reorganization, compilations, audits, managing CRA tax audits and dealing with tax lawyers for various small to medium level corporate clients. He has worked on many projects with public companies including Hydro One, Blackberry, Loblaws, and Sears to design and document internal processes and identify internal controls. |
